Smart & Sustainable Buildings

CONTRIBUTING TO A MORE EQUITABLE AND SUSTAINABLE FUTURE FOR ALL

The Next Era of Carbon Neutral Buildings

ICONICS UK have taken the best in class components from ICONICS and combined them with Azure Services to model the relationship between people, places and devices into a unique semantic digital twin. Along with our Operational and User Experience Applications we can help guide you to reduce carbon in your buildings and accelerate peoples journey to net zero.

IBSS Data Digital Twin - HARD FM

We are delighted to say that our Hard FM fault detection and diagnostics is live in the acclaimed 22 Bishopsgate development in London. The building has immense mechanical and electrical complexities, and our AI monitors and reports on performance anomalies on over 90,000 data points every minute.

The facilities team have found the tool to be essential in assuring the buildings operational uptime and energy performance, and have adopted the algorithms to support the varied tenancy trends during the pandemic to control energy and mitigate waste.

HOW WE USE OUR SPACES AND BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE

Helping you find
a balance

Digital flexibility to learn and
define the nuances

Contrary to popular opinion there sometimes can be a trade-off between outcomes, and it’s down to each organisation to define the rules for engagement and how that can then be digitised and automated, for instance:

1. The trade-off between comfort control and carbon consumption (heating and cooling)

2. In order to maintain healthy air quality HVAC assets are used more frequently than designed

Informed decisions can be made when we start to map these relationships with data as well as identifying ways of prioritising sustainability and communicating that with our people.
