Platform 21 – Government Property Agency 60 London Wall - Integral 70 St Mary Axe – Integral 80 Fenchurch Street - Arcadis Deloitte Belgium: Portfolio 1 New Street Square - Deloitte ICONICS are proud to have supported Deloitte in delivering not only a space that forms the central hub of their new London campus, but the World’s first BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Certified Gold building that is both sustainable and entirely human-centred. Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy: Portfolio The Department for BEIS within the UK Government have begun a journey with ICONICS that has allowed them to build a scalable, Azure cloud-based solution that pulls together a variety of disparate property-based data sources and systems; think everything from lease agreements to meter readings across 180 buildings. BEIS can now see and prioritise the most underutilised buildings across their entire estate based on real-time data. Microsoft Headquarters: Campus A small, covert team of engineers at Microsoft cast aside suggestions that the company spend US$60 million to turn its 500-acre headquarters into a smart campus to achieve energy savings and other efficiency gains. Instead, applying an “Internet of Things meets Big Data” approach, the team invented a data-driven software solution based upon ICONICS COTS software that is slashing the cost of operating the campus’ 125 buildings saving Microsoft millions of dollars. CHP Sites - E.ON E.ON embarked on a project with ICONICS, delivered by Cougar Automation Ltd (a certified Gold partner of ICONICS), to allow E.ON to visualise and control its regional Energy Centres in one front-end, 64-bit solution from its brand new central control room in the heart of London. Terminal 5 - Heathrow Airport At its opening, the T5 Terminal at the London Heathrow airport included over 50 different systems, producing a massive tag count of over 3 million, handled easily due to the robust nature of ICONICS HMI/SCADA software. University of Bristol: Campus The University of Bristol is one of the top ranking universities in the UK composed of 25 academic schools. Wanting to integrate the campus buildings to provide a secure, future-proof centralised building management solution, the university turned to Cougar Automation Ltd. and ICONICS’ GENESIS64™. Schiphol Airport Schiphol Airport selected ICONICS for their Building Management software to run on over 30 PLCs, while monitoring over 300,000 tags. ICONICS HMI/SCADA software, implemented by JCI Netherlands, runs on three Microsoft Windows terminal servers and allows all 30 operators to work on the system at the same time as they monitor HVAC, Fire, Security, Lighting, Telephone and Water Systems. The Pentagon - Department of Defence With over 6.5 million square feet under one roof, the Pentagon is the world’s largest office building complex. Town of Arlington/Peirce School The Peirce School is a public elementary school located in the town of Arlington, MA. The school is named after Captain Solomon Peirce, who served in the Revolutionary War. The original school building was built in 1924 and demolished in 2001.
